Case Manager

ANEW Place is seeking a empathetic individual for the position of Case Manager. The Case Manager is responsible for providing holistic and comprehensive case management services for all guests at ANEW Place. This person works one-on-one with guests, providing accountability, support, and mentorship. Outreach Coordinator – 30-40 hours/week

ANEW Place is seeking a motivated individual with a positive “can do” attitude for the position of Outreach Coordinator. The Outreach Coordinator’s position is diverse, with a focus on administrative work, volunteer coordination, marketing, and maintaining ANEW’s online presence through web and social media. Per Diem Residential Counselor

ANEW Place is seeking multiple individuals for the per diem position of Residential Counselor. Our Residential Counselors are responsible for maintaining a safe and positive environment for all residents during the awake overnight shifts at ANEW Place, between 9:00PM to 8:00AM.
